I would just like to say thank you for such a great product.
We thought for a long time Trish would have to give up her outdoor photography and just spending time exploring our great big country.
Then I found your company on the internet and the journey began to get a scooter here for Trish.
It was a slow process, firstly your company had to appoint an Australian distributor.
For choosing Michael at Scooters and Mobility Riverina we would like to say thank you.
Once Michael got the scooter in stock, we had to deal with raging bush fires which caused another 2-month delay.
When we made the 1300km trip (2days drive each way) to visit his company and trial the scooter over 2 days, Trish was (and we still are) amazed at just how helpful and accommodating Michael and his staff were.
To say the scooter is suitable for Trish’s needs is an understatement, to say the least.
Once we get through this COVID-19 and can move around Australia again, Trish will never be home as this scooter as given her freedom back that had been slowly taken away from her because of Thalidomide embryopathy.
I have attached a few photos of Trish and her new scooter; I believe the first in Australia and definatly the first registered in our state Queensland.
Once again Thankyou on a great product but more importantly your choice in the distributor here in Australia.
